The project possesses a unique architecture with the entire facade using GRC with strict surface requirements. Within the scope of work of manufacturing and installing the GRC facade, DRAGCONS applied BIM in order to check the precision of each prefab GRC element and connection details into the structure.
GRC elements, along with bolt and connection gusset plates have been demonstrated with a 3D model for the project, thereby detecting clashes in design before mass production in factories. The model was also used to manage manufacturing and assembling throughout the construction process.
