The Luxshare-ICT factory project was an investment by Luxshare ICT (Vietnam) Limited, a subsidiary company of Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., one of China’s 6 largest incorporations specializing in the manufacture of electronic connectors. 100% of the products were registered to be exported, and regulations for export processing enterprises are applied. The factory manufactures electronic components, including: wireless bluetooth headsets, audio components for smartphones and other electronic devices.
The project covers a total floor area of 115,000 m2, including 85,000 m2 of workshops and 30,000 m2 of office, canteen and other complementary buildings. The challenge of this project was the time frame set out by the client, which required 85,000 m2 of construction to be handed over within 4 months.
In order to fulfill the request regarding time, DRAGCONS has put efforts into researching every possible solution. We proposed utilizing precast prestressed concrete as the only solution to satisfy the strict demands for speed and quality of Luxshare, as well as Apple. Starting September 10, 2019, up until the middle of December 2019, the entire workshop was handed over, ready for manufacture to begin.
As well, DRAGCONS suggested using precast acotec wall panels for the housing area of Luxshare’s experts in order to fulfill the request of completing the project as soon as possible. This cannot be achieved by using the traditional technology.
